Once your application has been approved, we set up your group and fundraiser coordinator. -
You add your participants.
Each player, student or participant can be listed under your fundraiser so individual sales can be credited to the correct person. -
You share your fundraiser link.
Participants can send the link to friends, relatives, coworkers and other supporters. -
Supporters shop online.
Customers find your fundraiser, choose the participant they would like to support and then shop for their ornaments. -
We make the ornaments.
Our team receives the order and personalization details directly, reducing paperwork and order-entry mistakes for your organization. -
Your organization earns $5 per eligible ornament.
The fundraiser tracks sales by participant and calculates the total raised by your group.
Easy Online Ordering for Your Supporters
Supporters do not need to contact a seller before looking through the collection. They can visit the website, find your fundraiser and browse the available ornaments.
Before adding an ornament to their cart, they choose the fundraiser and participant they want to support. This ensures the sale is credited correctly.
Customers complete their personalization and payment online, so your participants do not need to collect cash, write down names or keep track of individual orders.
Order Pickup and Delivery
Customers can select from the available pickup and delivery options when ordering.
Free pickup is available from The Great Canadian Laser Company after the customer receives a notification that the order is ready. Organizations can also arrange free fundraiser group delivery through their coordinator after the campaign ends. Direct shipping is available for customers who prefer to have their order sent to them.
We will work with your coordinator to establish your campaign dates and a plan for completing and distributing the ornaments.
